Job Responsibilities
1.Handle various sales contracts, including document preparation, stamping, filing, and courier delivery.
2.Verify and set up materials related to Apex payment accounts.
3.Responsible for speaker service fee CR form applications and data maintenance in the fast-track reporting system.
4.Assist with certain data-related work, including assessment data cleaning and spot checks.
Job Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree or above; majors in administrative management, business administration or related fields preferred.
2.Prior internship experience in operations/administration preferred.
3.Good communication skills, attention to detail, patient and responsible.
4.Available to work 3-4 days per week, with an internship period of at least 6 months.
