Requirements
•Higher education in Information Technology or a similar field
•At least 8 years of professional experience in software development
•Solid experience in Java development and microservices implementation
•Knowledge of React
•Experience defining software architectures and development patterns
•Advanced knowledge of IAM solutions, namely Keycloak, Okta, OIDC and RBAC
•Experience defining and implementing authentication and identity management architectures
•Knowledge of event-driven architectures and messaging technologies
•Experience identifying and resolving performance, scalability and security issues
•Experience leading code reviews and implementing quality standards
•Knowledge of SonarQube and Snyk
•Experience preparing technical documentation, namely ADRs and runbooks
•Leadership, guidance and mentoring skills for team members
•Fluency in English
•Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with technical and business stakeholders
•Autonomy, a sense of responsibility and decision-making ability
