About the Role
Kronospan is the world's leading manufacturer of wood-based panels with more than 43 manufacturing sites and 15,000 employees worldwide. We are seeking highly motivated professionals to join our existing development team at our regional offices in Nicosia. Successful candidates will bring a strong sense of trustworthiness, commitment, initiative, and reliability, coupled with excellent problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
•Collaborate within a small, dynamic development team to design and build internal applications serving a variety of business needs
•Develop scalable solutions that enhance the functionality and performance of our MIS systems
•Gain a deep understanding of existing financial and corporate reporting processes and drive automation to improve efficiency
•Ensure all applications are functional, secure, and user-friendly
•Contribute across the full software development lifecycle - planning, design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance
•Gather requirements, develop Java modules, and deliver reliable, high-quality applications
Requirements
•Must have the legal right to live and work in the European Union at the time of application
•Three plus (3+) years of full-stack developing
•Java 17
•Spring / Spring Boot, REST web services
•JPA / Hibernate
•Angular with TypeScript, RxJS, HTML5 and CSS
•Strong SQL on a relational database
•AI Fluency
•Good written and spoken English
