Akkodis

Java backend developer in payment systems

In short

This role develops and maintains Java/Spring Boot microservices and APIs for scalable, high-performance cloud-native solutions, with responsibility for observability, testing and incident resolution in a distributed architecture. The posting is from Akkodis, a technology consulting/staffing company, for a mid-level position in a hybrid Lisbon setup. It demands solid Java concurrency and memory management skills, Spring Boot/Kubernetes/Docker experience, and knowledge of resilience patterns; experience with payments, ISO 20022 or SEPA Inst is a plus but not required.

•Testing with JUnit, Mockito and Testcontainers.
