About the Client
The client develops trading systems, algorithms, and connections to cryptocurrency exchanges, with a focus on high-load applications where performance, reliability, and efficiency are critical.
Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain connections to cryptocurrency exchanges and data providers, and troubleshoot market data issues
•Develop and implement new features
•Collaborate with different teams to ensure algorithms behave correctly and continuously improve trading systems
•Assist with identifying and resolving smaller bugs and technical issues
Requirements
•At least 3 years of professional software development experience
•Extensive experience with C++
•Proven experience with high-load applications
•Strong understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
•Good understanding of networking concepts
•Knowledge of financial markets and low-latency/high-frequency systems and/or distributed systems
•Proficiency with modern AI-assisted development tools and workflows, such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent
Nice to Have
•Python, Kafka, networking protocols such as REST, WebSockets, and FIX, AWS, Kibana, Grafana, and Prometheus
