We are looking for an entrepreneur specializing in IT project management to support us in managing and coordinating projects delivered for Integrity Partners' clients.
Responsibilities
•Managing IT projects in line with the agreed scope, schedule and budget assumptions, from preparing the offer through to project closure and settlement.
•Coordinating the delivery of services by people involved in projects and ensuring they comply with the terms agreed with the client, particularly with regard to the services provided and their settlement.
•Monitoring project progress, identifying and reporting risks, and coordinating actions related to issues affecting project delivery.
•Providing substantive support in preparing commercial and project offers, particularly in planning project delivery, estimating the scope of services, developing settlement models and analyzing contractual provisions relating to the projects managed.
•Preparing and processing settlement documents related to ongoing projects, including service acceptance protocols, settlement statements and documents serving as the basis for issuing invoices.
Requirements
•Running a business.
•At least 5 years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years of experience managing IT projects.
•At least 2 certificates confirming project management competencies, e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, CSM, PSM, AgilePM or related certifications.
•Practical knowledge of tools used in project management, such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools.
•Experience managing projects using Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
•English proficiency at C1 level.

•Experience managing implementation projects in the area of Microsoft services.
