You will work hands-on with endpoint management, Microsoft 365, identity and access management, infrastructure, and automation to ensure reliable and secure IT services across our organization.

Requirements
You are a hands-on IT professional with at least 3 years of practical experience in IT Operations, System Administration, or a similar technical infrastructure role. You can independently investigate technical issues, administer IT systems, and take ownership of problems from initial diagnosis through to resolution.
•Endpoint management: Administering and troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices, including provisioning, configuration, patching, and software deployment.
•Identity & Microsoft 365: Working with Active Directory and/or Entra ID, user and access administration, authentication, permissions, and Microsoft 365 services.
•IT support & troubleshooting: Handling escalated incidents involving operating systems, applications, hardware, user access, and network connectivity.

•IT service management: Working with an ITSM platform, ticketing system, and structured incident, request, and change-management processes.
In addition, you:
•Have a security-conscious mindset and understand access control, least privilege, and the importance of reliable IT operations.
•Can prioritize incidents and tasks, work independently, and collaborate effectively with technical teams, service desk colleagues, and external vendors.
•Communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing, in an international working environment.
•Take initiative, document your work, and look for lasting solutions rather than repeatedly fixing the same issues.
Nice to have:
•CI/CD pipelines and collaboration with development or DevOps teams.
•Using AI tools responsibly to support troubleshooting, scripting, documentation, and IT automation.
