We are looking for:
IT DEPARTMENT MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage the IT Department and IT team
•Develop and implement the IT strategy in line with business objectives and Group standards
•Ensure reliable, secure and efficient IT infrastructure, systems and services
•Lead IT projects and digital transformation initiatives
•Manage IT risks, information security and business continuity
•Manage external IT providers, vendors and technology partners
•Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and the adoption of new technologies
•Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies and security standards
•Act as a strategic partner to business functions on technology-related matters
Requirements:
•University degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
•At least 5 years of relevant IT experience, including managerial or leadership experience
•Experience in the insurance industry and/or financial institutions is preferred
•Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems and information security is preferred
•Experience in IT project management and digital transformation
•Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
•Strategic and solution-oriented mindset
