About the role
Voodoo creates mobile games and apps to entertain people worldwide. Its portfolio includes games such as Mob Control and Block Jam, and apps such as BeReal and Wizz. The Engineering & Data team builds technology products and platforms for its gaming and consumer apps. Helix is an advertising network whose technology is integrated into games from third-party publishers worldwide.
Responsibilities
•Guide the technical direction of iOS projects, drive innovation, and establish architectural best practices and code standards
•Integrate agentic workflows, LLMs, and AI-driven automation tools to address complex challenges and improve developer productivity
•Write robust, maintainable, and high-performance code
•Participate in code reviews and promote technical improvement and knowledge sharing
•Make architectural and technical-stack decisions for iOS SDKs and applications
•Ensure project quality and reliability through testing, performance profiling, and continuous integration
Requirements
•6/7+ years of experience in mobile software development
•At least 5 years of experience with Swift
•Strong proficiency and a proactive approach to using AI technologies, including agentic AI, LLMs, and AI coding assistants
•Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills
•Ability to make critical technical decisions independently
•Extensive experience writing robust, maintainable, and high-performance Swift code
•Experience writing efficient unit, integration, and UI tests
•In-depth knowledge of iOS development tools, SwiftUI, Combine, CoreData, and practices including MVVM, Protocols, and Delegates
•Excellent spoken English

•Objective-C, Kotlin, Node
•Setting up or customizing AI developer agents and automated AI workflows
•App performance optimization, memory-footprint and package-size reduction
•Deploying iOS frameworks with CocoaPods
