About the Role
Wirtualna Polska develops Poczta WP, one of Poland's most widely used apps, and creates content, services, and entertainment for millions of people. The company is also starting to build a new mobile product.
Responsibilities
•Develop the Poczta WP iOS app, from product analysis through implementation of new email client features
•Develop the app interface in SwiftUI in line with the design system and in collaboration with UX/UI
•Develop the data layer and local storage, working with large message datasets, synchronization, and offline mode
•Contribute to a new product being built from scratch
•Improve performance and quality through metrics, crash-free rate, and testing
•Propose technical directions for app development
Requirements
•At least 3 years of commercial experience developing iOS applications
•Good knowledge of Swift, SwiftUI, and Swift Concurrency (async/await, actors)
•Understanding of clean code and clean architecture
•Experience with Git and API integration
•Knowledge of CI/CD tools
•Ability to independently lead tasks from analysis through implementation and discuss technical trade-offs
Nice to Have
•Kotlin Multiplatform, hybrid native + WebView modules
•On-device databases and local storage, migrations and data synchronization
•Unit testing and automated testing
•Experience with a large production app developed over many years
