•Define agent responsibilities, inputs, outputs, guardrails, and evaluation criteria.
•Create prompt libraries, agent definitions, instructions, skills and reusable engineering workflows.
•Evaluate accuracy, consistency, and usefulness of agent outputs.
•Measure productivity and quality improvements.
•Support development of governance and responsible-AI practices for engineering agents.
•Present findings, demos, and recommendations to engineering teams and stakeholders.
•Work closely with engineers, architects, product owners, and engineering leaders.

•Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
•Affinity with any programming language (preferably Java), CI/CD, Docker and database concepts.
•Experience with GitHub Copilot (Agents, Skills, custom Instruction files) or comparable agentic coding tools and Model Context Protocol (MCP) is preferred.
•Familiarity with LLMs (e.g. Claude, Gemini, …), RAG systems, Prompt engineering, and other Agentic AI concepts, including multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.
What We Offer
•Hands-on experience building real AI solutions.
•Exposure to enterprise-scale software engineering and DevOps practices.
•Mentoring from engineers and engineering leaders.
•Opportunity to experiment, innovate, and build solutions that may be adopted by engineering teams.
