For our Facilities Management team at an industrial site in Norderstedt, we are looking for a Maintenance Planner (m/f/d) as soon as possible.
What Awaits You
•You keep an overview of the technical work you plan at the site of a large pharmaceutical company
•You are part of a larger team in maintenance planning
•You plan cross-trade work, maintenance, inspections and repairs at the site
•You assign your own technicians and/or partner companies and plan the work in our CMMS system
•You assign the people carrying out each task, track completion and verify correct feedback in the system
•You coordinate details — including material orders and partner company deployments — with various contacts on site
•You contribute to the "Permit to Work" process and ensure it is adhered to
•You support our Help Desk
What Convinces Us
•Completed vocational training, ideally as an industrial mechanic, electrical engineer or mechatronics technician
•Experience in maintenance planning in facility management
•Experience with various technical systems
•Knowledge of common regulations, ordinances and standards
•You enjoy working independently and have a talent for organization
•You are service-, customer- and results-oriented
•You are independent, a team player, responsible and have a strong hands-on mentality
•You can communicate professionally internally and externally in German
•Basic knowledge of English is desirable
•You enjoy working with CMMS systems (Maximo) and have good handling of common PC programs (MS Office)
