About the organization
Our client gives you plenty of room to do this. You work on assignments for government agencies and commercial multinationals, for example a large government agency in the middle of a cloud migration while also building a new AI & Data platform. You take the lead, connect the waterfall methodology with Agile/Scrum, and ensure the organization continues to work differently even after delivery.
You have already delivered several large-scale IT projects, and by now you know that the real work is not in the planning, but in connecting people who all have different interests. The business wants results according to a fixed plan, IT works Agile, and the board mainly wants to avoid surprises.
