Responsibilities
•Collect, verify and analyze employee data.
•Regularly monitor HR metrics such as turnover, retention, absenteeism and recruitment.
•Create weekly and monthly reports, dashboards and visual reports for HR.
•Work with data through Excel and Google Sheets.
•Prepare analytical conclusions and proposals for management.
•Participate in automating and optimizing HR processes, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Requirements
•Experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Business Analytics or a similar field.
•Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets, including Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS and COUNTIFS functions.
•Analytical thinking and ability to work with numbers.
•Ability to present reports clearly.
•Understanding of HR processes and key HR KPIs.
•Responsibility, attentiveness and ability to work independently.
