What We Expect from the Head of Treasury
•Experience in liquidity management and group-level cash flow forecasting.
•High level of English proficiency (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) for seamless communication with international banks and partners.
•Solid understanding of banking products, account structures, terms of service, and KYB/KYC/AML processes.
•Practical skills in FX management and risk hedging tools.
•Hands-on experience in treasury process automation (ERP, BI, payment systems).
•Ability to set up limits, controls, access matrices, and internal policies.
•Advanced proficiency in Excel (Power Query, macros, formulas) and understanding of BI tools principles.
Key Responsibilities
•Building and optimizing the treasury function: cash flow forecasting, payment automation, and transparency.
•Managing relationships with international banks: account opening, fee optimization, and banking network management.
•Assessing and managing FX and interest rate risks, as well as implementing practical hedging strategies.
•Cost reduction, control over payment limits, access rights, and transaction security.
•Updating internal treasury policies and mentoring the team.
