Head of Project Office | Supply Chain

At Korzinka, Uzbekistan's largest grocery retailer, we're looking for a strategic and results-driven Head of Project Office to lead our Supply Chain project portfolio and turn ambitious initiatives into measurable business results.
What You'll Do:
•Lead and prioritize strategic Supply Chain projects
•Drive operational excellence, process optimization, and automation initiatives
•Build and develop a high-performing project management team
•Establish effective PMO standards and ensure successful project delivery
•Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver measurable business impact
What We're Looking For:
•7+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in project or program management
•Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and teams
•Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
•Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Consulting; FMCG/Retail experience is a plus
