We're looking for an exceptional Head of CRM to join AHS Properties.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a commercially minded CRM professional with strong experience in luxury, real estate, hospitality, or other premium customer focused environments.
The ideal candidate will bring:
•Fluent, polished English communication skills both written and verbal with the confidence to communicate effectively with senior leadership, UHNW clients and international stakeholders.
•Proven experience leading CRM strategy and customer lifecycle management
•Strong understanding of CRM systems, customer data, segmentation, analytics and automation
•Experience building and optimizing customer journeys, and engagement strategies
•Strong leadership, stakeholder management and cross functional collaboration skills
•A sophisticated understanding of luxury customer experience and high touch relationship management
