About the Role
OS3 Digital, a leading full-service digital agency based in Larnaca, is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about visual storytelling and capable of translating complex ideas into compelling visuals. From social media posts to full brand identities, you will shape how our clients look and feel in the market. We value creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of design principles.
Responsibilities
•Creative Design: Design stunning social media posts, ads, banners, brochures and other digital and print materials.
•Logo & Branding: Create logos and complete brand identities, including colour palettes, typography and brand guidelines.
•Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and communicate visual harmony across all channels.
•Collaboration: Work with the marketing, web and content teams to bring campaigns to life.
•Client Interaction: Join client meetings when needed, present design concepts and offer input aligned with their goals.
•Revisions: Take feedback positively and refine work until it shines.
•Project Management: Handle multiple tasks and deadlines with professionalism and punctuality.
Requirements
•Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
•A solid portfolio showcasing social media design, logo and branding projects.
•Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
•Eye for layout, colour and typography.
•Clear communicator with a flexible mindset.
•Fluent in Greek and English.
Nice to Have
•Experience with Figma, Canva or Sketch.
•Basic motion graphics or video editing skills (After Effects, CapCut).
