•Bring our recruiting teams together under a shared operating model, developing leaders and creating clear expectations and accountability.
•Identify opportunities to use AI across sourcing, screening, scheduling, and recruiting workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and give the team more time to focus on candidate relationships and high-quality hiring decisions.
•Define and own global recruiting KPIs, dashboards, and reporting, using data to forecast hiring needs, measure team productivity, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement in hiring efficiency, quality, and cost.
•Establish clear recruiting metrics and use data to improve time-to-hire, offer acceptance, funnel conversion, cost, and hiring quality.
•Simplify recruiting workflows, strengthen our systems, and introduce automation to help the team work more efficiently.
•Determine the right balance of internal recruiters and external partners.
•Establish consistent interview practices, improve hiring-manager enablement, and deliver a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer.
•Partner with Marketing, Communications, and People to build Pigment's reputation as an employer of choice.
•Work with Legal, Total Rewards, and People Partners on consistent hiring practices, compensation alignment, pay transparency, and internal mobility.
Requirements

•Experience across both Technology and GTM hiring.
•Strong international leadership experience, ideally leading teams across the US and Europe.
•Analytical and commercially minded, with a strong understanding of recruiting metrics, forecasting, recruiter productivity, and cost management.
