We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join an international Tech Hub, contributing to the development of technological solutions, architectural decisions and the evolution of applications, while taking on a technical reference role in the team. We are looking for a versatile professional with backend and frontend development experience, initiative and curiosity to explore different technologies, who enjoys sharing knowledge and contributing to the team.
Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and Spring Boot
•Design and implement REST APIs
•Develop frontend solutions with React and Next.js
•Participate in technical and software architecture decisions
•Conduct code reviews and promote good development practices
•Develop and run unit and integration tests
•Participate in problem-solving, bug fixing and code optimization
•Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines, using GitHub Actions and other DevOps practices
•Prepare and maintain technical documentation
•Collaborate with the team through practices such as pair programming, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Requirements

•Between 5 and 8 years of experience in software development
•Solid experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot
•Experience designing and implementing REST APIs
•Knowledge of SQL and relational databases, particularly MS SQL Server or equivalent
•Experience in frontend development with React and Next.js
•Knowledge of Git and dependency management with Maven or equivalent tools
•Experience implementing unit and integration tests
•Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD and GitHub Workflows/Actions
•Experience in troubleshooting, debugging and code optimization
•Knowledge of technical documentation, particularly Confluence and IcePanel
•Familiarity with TDD/BDD testing methodologies
Nice to have
•Knowledge of Hibernate/JPA or other ORM tools
•Experience with Microservices, Hexagonal Architecture or Event-driven Architecture
•Knowledge of AWS or other Cloud platforms
•Experience with code reviews and pair programming
Conditions
Working hours with two seasonal periods:
•Winter (October to May): 43 hours per week
•Summer (June to September): 39 hours per week
12 additional compensatory days per year, distributed across specific periods at Christmas, Easter and Carnival.
