Treat Health builds a healthcare service where patients describe their concerns in their own words, AI asks follow-up questions, and licensed doctors review the information and decide on care. Prescriptions and records go to Kanta, Finland's national health archive.
Responsibilities
•Build patient experiences and doctors' tools end to end, from Figma designs to production, using React and Phoenix LiveView
•Build native mobile apps in Swift and Kotlin
•Grow a shared component library to keep screens consistent, fast, and accessible
•Make products accessible to screen readers, keyboards, small phones, and users of Finnish, Swedish, and English
•Work across APIs, data, and infrastructure as needed
•Shape engineering practices, team culture, and hiring as the company grows
Requirements
•Experience shipping and maintaining serious production software
•Strongest in agentic frontend or mobile app development, with readiness to work across the rest of the stack
•Experience directing AI coding agents in everyday work while applying independent judgment
•Attention to detail, performance, and accessibility
•Interest in building healthcare products where clarity and trust matter more than features

•Equity: 0.25–0.75%
•Must already be legally eligible to work in Finland
•Relocation, housing, and visa support are not available
