Задачи
•Lead the design and delivery of AI/ML and agentic systems for complex business problems
•Build and deploy scalable AI products aligned with business goals
•Drive adoption of AWS, Azure, and GCP for ML/AI industrialization
•Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of production AI systems
•Design and oversee scalable data pipelines and architectures
•Lead data ingestion, preprocessing, and transformation across hybrid environments
•Implement data quality, validation, and drift detection processes
•Guide model development, evaluation, and optimization
•Drive experimentation and continuous improvement of model performance
•Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows
•Oversee production deployments and operational excellence
•Maintain clear documentation of AI systems and processes
•Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
•Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and business audiences
•Mentor team members and support skill development
•Stay up to date with AI trends and drive innovation
•Conduct research to inform future AI initiatives
Требования
•MSc/PhD in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
•Experience as an AI/ML Engineer with proven delivery of AI systems
•Strong Python skills
•Knowledge of agentic frameworks such as LangChain and crew.ai
•Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or CloudFormation
•Experience with ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
•Exposure to NLP, computer vision, and broader AI techniques
•Experience with cloud platforms and ML services such as SageMaker
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
•Experience in Agile environments
•Nice to have: AI/ML/cloud certifications such as AWS ML or Azure AI Engineer
