We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Java Engineer to join a cross-functional Agile team working on strategic initiatives within the banking sector. You will participate in the complete software development lifecycle, collaborating with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
•Own the full software delivery lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, release, and monitoring.
•Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
•Design and build scalable backend services and modern frontend applications.
•Work alongside Solution Architects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
•Participate in code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
•Contribute to internal engineering communities, sharing knowledge and mentoring peers.
•Drive quality through automated testing, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
Requirements
•7+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
•3+ years of experience in Full Stack development.

•Strong understanding of Client Pricing processes and Core Banking Systems.
Nice to have
•Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar coding assistants.
