Requirements
•At least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering
•Experience using AI tooling for code generation and refactoring, test creation and automation, documentation generation, code analysis and review, technical investigation, and problem-solving
•Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated outputs to ensure quality, security, and maintainability
•Strong commercial experience developing software with Java and Spring Boot
•Experience building and operating distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices
•Strong commercial experience with JavaScript and TypeScript
•Experience building modern web applications with React
•Strong understanding of software engineering best practices, testing, code quality, and maintainable code
•Strong understanding of web performance, accessibility, and responsive design
•Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and modern software delivery approaches
•Experience with containerisation technologies
•Understanding of infrastructure, monitoring, and observability practices
•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to contribute effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
•Nice to have: Next.js experience
