Responsibilities
•Design, build, and maintain web and mobile applications for trading and client-facing platforms
•Develop scalable back-end services, APIs, and integrations
•Build and ship native or cross-platform iOS and Android apps
•Use AI-assisted development tools to speed up delivery and improve code quality
•Design and integrate AI-driven features, including personalisation, chatbots, analytics, and automation
•Work with real-time data, including market prices, trading flows, and client account data
•Ensure applications are secure, high-performing, and meet regulatory standards
•Collaborate with product, design, QA, and compliance teams
•Participate in code reviews, architecture decisions, and technical planning
•Mentor junior developers and help raise engineering standards
Requirements
•Development experience within a forex/CFD brokerage
•5+ years' experience as a full-stack developer, including hands-on mobile development
•Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js
•Strong back-end experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, Java, or .NET
•Mobile development experience with React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android
•Practical experience using AI development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT
•Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs into production applications
•Solid knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, and AWS, Azure, or GCP
•Understanding of security best practices for financial applications
•Excellent English communication skills
Nice to have
•Knowledge of trading platforms such as MT4/MT5 or cTrader
•Experience with real-time systems such as WebSockets and streaming data
•Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes
•Experience publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play
