Description
We're looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join a collaborative engineering team building modern, user-friendly applications within a large-scale technology environment. You'll focus on developing intuitive, high-performing web applications, transforming complex workflows and data into seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities
•Design, develop and maintain modern frontend applications using React, JavaScript and TypeScript.
•Build reusable, scalable and well-tested UI components.
•Integrate frontend applications with backend services and REST APIs.
•Collaborate with Product, UX, Business Analysts and engineering teams to deliver effective solutions.
•Improve application performance, accessibility and usability.
•Contribute to technical decisions, best practices and continuous improvements.
Requirements
•Strong commercial experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
•Solid hands-on experience with React or similar modern frontend frameworks.
•Experience integrating REST APIs, HTTP(S) and JSON.
•Strong understanding of reusable components, responsive design and accessibility.
•Ability to translate complex requirements into clean, intuitive interfaces.
•Good understanding of modern frontend development practices.
•Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
•Comfortable working independently and collaborating across technical teams.
Nice to have
•Experience developing internal tools, operational platforms or data-heavy applications.
•Exposure to design systems and component libraries.
•Experience with automated frontend testing.
•Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
•Experience working with complex datasets or data visualisation.
