About the Role
You will own budgeting, forecasting, and end-to-end performance analysis. You will partner with finance leadership, external accounting, and department heads to develop plans, explain performance, maintain financial models, and improve reporting processes through automation and AI tools.
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
•3–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
•Experience running an annual budget and budget-versus-actual analysis across multiple departments
•Advanced Excel skills and ability to independently build complex financial models
•Understanding of financial statements and KPIs including burn, runway, and gross margin
•Experience using AI tools for analysis, modeling, or automation
•Ability to explain financial information to department heads and senior management
•Fluent English
Responsibilities
•Lead the annual budget process with department heads
•Own monthly budget-versus-actual analysis, explain variances, and identify savings
•Build and maintain financial models and rolling forecasts for headcount, operating expenses, cash flow, and runway
•Run scenario and sensitivity analyses to support planning and strategic decisions
•Work with the external accounting team to ensure accurate management reporting
•Improve and automate planning and reporting processes using AI tools
