Founding Marketer DACH

In short

Founding Marketer DACH role at Nordhealth, a cloud-based Practice Information Management Software provider for veterinary and therapy professionals, remote-first and headquartered in Helsinki. The role builds marketing for Germany from scratch, reporting to the VP Marketing, covering GTM localisation, campaigns, sales partnership, customer insight and global marketing projects. It requires 1-2 years of B2B or B2C marketing experience, native-level German, fluent English, and comfort with fast-paced, high-ownership work and travel to German trade shows.

Who are we?
Nordhealth (OB:NORDH) is the leading provider of cloud-based Practice Information Management Software (PIMS) to veterinary and therapy professionals. Over the last three years, we have grown our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and team size by almost 10x. Today, more than 30,000 therapy and veterinary professionals use our software everyday to help treat over 20 million patients annually across 55+ countries. Our mission is to enable healthcare professionals to deliver better patient care through software, with a goal to help serve over 200 million patients by 2030. In support of this growth mission, in May 2021, Nordhealth raised €120M through a public-listing on Euronext Growth Oslo stock exchange.
Nordhealth is a remote-first company, headquartered in Helsinki, Finland. Our 430+ employees work either remotely or from offices/collaboration hubs. While our market presence is currently strongest in the Nordics, our customer base is rapidly growing in North America and Europe, with clients in the US, UK, Spain, Latin America, Australia, and many others.
We're growing in DACH, starting with Germany, and looking for a Founding Marketer to build our marketing there from the ground up. You'll split your time between marketing in Germany and our global marketing team, so you'll learn how a local market works and how a global brand is run. Reporting directly to our VP Marketing, you'll work across every part of marketing: product marketing, strategy, events, operations, social media, content and more. You'll also partner with the VP Marketing on special projects, which means seeing up close how marketing decisions get made. This is a very fast paced and high-responsibility role for an early-career marketer with 1-2 years of experience. Your ownership will grow as fast as you do, and once you find the area you love, there's a path to specialise in it. You'll work closely with our whole GTM and Customer Success teams.
Responsibilities
As our first marketer in Germany, you'll work directly with our VP Marketing to shape how we do things and bring your own ideas to the table. You'll work mostly on the German market but spend a good portion of time on global marketing.
•Own go-to-market in DACH. Take the global GTM strategy and localise it for DACH, starting with Germany. Make sure we target the right people, at the right time, in the right places, and we share our best messages.
•Grow awareness and pipeline. Run the campaigns that get German clinics talking to us, combining organic social content in German, events, product marketing and more. Track what works, double down on it, and drop what doesn't.
•Partner with sales to win deals. Work closely with our GTM team, especially sales, to drive deals through to completion with the campaigns, events and materials that help clinics decide. Bring what you learn from deals won and lost back into our global marketing strategy.
•Be the voice of DACH clinics. Spend time with customers and our sales and Customer Success teams to understand what clinics need. Turn it into messaging, sales materials and launches that land locally, and share what you hear with Product.
•Work on global marketing. Lead on global launches, events, campaigns and content with the wider marketing team, and share what works in Germany.
•Take on special projects with the VP Marketing. Work directly with the VP Marketing on high-priority projects across the business, and see up close how marketing decisions get made.
