Responsibilities
•Frame business challenges, design algorithms, implement and deploy scalable solutions, and help colleagues and clients adopt AI
•Apply data science methods and analytics to business situations across industries to drive business impact
•Partner with clients across BCG regions and industries to design, build, and deploy solutions on topics such as climate change
•Develop and deliver thought leadership, publish scientific papers, and lead conferences on behalf of BCG X
Requirements
•Significant experience applying advanced analytics to a variety of business situations and synthesizing complex data
•Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations, and ability to translate them into business implications
•Strong project management skills
•Comfortable in a client-facing role and ambitious to lead teams
•Able to distill complex results or processes into clear visualizations
•Able to explain sophisticated data science concepts clearly
•Comfortable building with modern development tools and writing code collaboratively
•Python programming skills

•Software development or DevOps experience
