Responsibilities
•Build data pipelines to move and transform data across cloud and on-prem systems
•Develop optimised data models that ensure performance, scalability, and data quality
•Integrate data from multiple sources while applying governance and quality controls
•Implement optimised datasets for reporting and analytics
•Work with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable data solutions
•Implement data engineering and BI projects using Microsoft services across cloud and on-prem client infrastructures
Requirements
•BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
•At least 2 years of experience in ETL/ELT and data integration using Azure and/or Databricks
•Proficiency in SQL (T-SQL/KQL) and Python/PySpark for data transformation and processing
•Hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Microsoft Fabric, and/or Databricks
•Strong understanding of data architecture and dimensional/relational modelling
•Experience with scalable cloud and on-prem platforms, including SSMS, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS
•Know-how in data quality, governance, and/or Power BI data modelling
•Fluent written and spoken English and Portuguese
