Description
The Financial Manager ensures the effective financial management of Bellevue Residence Suite, Hotel Boulevard Batumi, and Restaurant Argo, the optimal use of financial resources, compliance with budgetary discipline, and the provision of timely and reliable financial information to management for effective decision-making.
Responsibilities
•Planning, organizing, and controlling the company's financial activities
•Preparing, monitoring, and analyzing the budget (plan/actual comparison)
•Preparing financial and management reports for management
•Managing and forecasting cash flows
•Overseeing the accuracy of accounting
•Identifying and managing financial risks
Requirements
•Higher education in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
•At least 3 years of work experience as a financial manager or in a position with similar responsibilities in the hotel and/or restaurant industry
•Knowledge of Georgian tax legislation and accounting standards (IFRS)
•Practical experience in financial analysis and reporting
•Advanced proficiency in Excel
•Analytical thinking, responsibility, and attention to detail
•Leadership skills and strategic thinking
•Effective communication skills and experience in crisis management
•Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

•Hours: 09:30 to 18:30
