About the Role
PASHA Investments LLC supports the investment process by analyzing financial information, conducting due diligence and research, and monitoring portfolio companies.
Responsibilities
•Perform quantitative analysis, including valuation and transaction modeling
•Conduct market and company research
•Participate in due diligence calls with sellers and consultants
•Assist with deal selection, pricing analysis, negotiation, and execution
•Assist with transaction documentation and presentations to the investment committee
•Conduct secondary market research
•Develop and maintain proprietary deal and market intelligence
•Perform deal monitoring analysis
•Participate in identifying deal-sourcing targets
Requirements
•Graduated from a top-tier undergraduate university
•3+ years of work experience in private equity or investment banking
•Strong analytical, modeling, organizational, and writing skills
•Professional presence and relationship and communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external parties
•Highly motivated self-starter, able to work independently within a team context
Nice to Have
•M&A and LBO transaction experience
