Задачи
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements covering producer participation, talent reporting (§32d UrhG), subsidy reporting, and dubbing contributor reporting for US titles
•Coordinate posting and payment of German statements with required approvals and the P2P team
•Coordinate corrections of expenses incorrectly assigned to local production titles with accounting teams
•Respond to internal and external partner queries about statements, cost, and revenue details
•Review participation statements from third parties and coordinate processing with accounting and P2P teams
•Prepare intercompany reporting, document business processes, and support financial audits
•Ensure compliance with internal controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
•Respond to ad hoc requests from territories and Home Office
Требования
•Bachelor's degree or current studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
•Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
•Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
•Good command of English, both written and spoken
•Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
•Nice to have: Familiarity with SAP, Power BI, or other financial reporting and analytics tools, German
