terralayr addresses the global energy storage deficit by buying and developing grid-scale storage assets and virtually aggregating them to create an energy cloud. It markets flexibility-as-a-service and hedging products to utilities, SMEs, and industrial players, and creates virtual storage capacity for PV and wind farms.
Responsibilities
•Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements
•Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
•Support project financing, including due diligence, information memoranda, ad hoc financial analysis, and presentations
•Gather, analyze, and interpret financial data with various departments
•Contribute to developing and maintaining financial models and dashboards
•Support presentations and reports for senior leadership
Requirements
•Currently pursuing or already hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier university or business school
•Have initial work experience in a demanding finance-focused environment, such as Investment Banking, Private Equity, or a fast-paced startup
•Understand financial modeling and project finance metrics
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
•Have strong interpersonal skills and can explain complex financial topics accessibly
•Professional fluency in English
Nice to have
•Fluency in German
•Initial exposure to energy markets or the renewable energy sector
