Задачи
•Support month-end closing activities and related reporting
•Prepare recurring and ad-hoc financial reports to support decision-making
•Perform accounting records and bank transactions, and support tax compliance activities
•Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather data and align financial insights with business goals
•Support the review and reconciliation of expense reports, bank statements, AR balances, and AP balances
•Support cash flow monitoring and cost analysis
•Contribute to the continuous improvement and automation of financial processes and tools, including ERP and expense management systems
•Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data through careful review and reconciliation
Требования
•Approximately 1 year of experience in finance, financial analysis, accounting, or a related area
•Degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
•Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving
•Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets
•Basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
•Ability to communicate financial information clearly to financial and non-financial stakeholders
•Proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment
•Fluent in English, both written and verbal
•Nice to have: experience with financial systems or ERPs such as Netsuite, Payhawk, Ramp, or similar tools
