Financial Analyst – JLL
What this job involves:
We are seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. This role supports capital markets reporting and business partnering, while managing various compensation-related financial processes. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What your day-to-day will look like:
•Provide business partnering support to Local Market Leadership, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
•Review and analyze monthly financial statements, delivering insights and recommendations to drive business success.
•Partner with FP&A, Operations, and HR on the annual budget build and mid-year forecasting.
•Update, maintain, and improve performance dashboards used throughout the firm, including troubleshooting key internal reports.
•Communicate with the Controllership team to ensure accurate reflection of monthly accounting entries across Local Markets.
•Identify limitations in current controls and processes, and implement efficiencies and solutions as needed.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
•2+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
•Self-starter mindset with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented environment.
•Experience with PeopleSoft and Tableau.
•Exposure to capital markets reporting functions.
•Familiarity with Local Market business operations and HR compensation processes.
•Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced knowledge of Excel.
Location: Chicago, IL | Onsite

Expected compensation for this position: 75,000.00 – 90,000.00 USD per year. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
