Responsibilities
•Run NetSuite end to end, including multi-subsidiary setup, chart of accounts and segments, scripting and workflows, release management, roles, and segregation of duties as the company builds toward public-company controls
•Own integrations between Stripe, Ramp, Deel, and HiBob and NetSuite, and between NetSuite and the data warehouse, enabling month-end reconciliation by design
•Lead the selection and rollout of new systems, including usage-based billing and equity administration
•Handle finance setup for every new entity
•Build AI agents and automations with the Automations and Data teams for invoice coding, people-cost reconciliations, and accounting requests
•Represent the systems perspective in finance decisions on new pricing models, geographies, and audit readiness
Requirements
•Hands-on administration of a multi-entity NetSuite OneWorld instance, including SuiteScript/SuiteQL, saved searches, roles, and releases
•End-to-end ownership of an ERP or billing implementation or migration
•Understanding of how Stripe data flows into an ERP and revenue recognition
•Ability to build integrations through iPaaS or code that reconcile and alert when something breaks
•Comfortable using SQL
•Understanding of R2R, P2P, O2C, and related controls
•Ability to work with accountants, engineers, and auditors
•AI-first approach; daily use of tools such as Claude Code or Cursor and automation of workflows before staffing them
Nice to have
•Experience with Ramp, Pigment, Metronome or another usage-billing platform
•Experience with Deel/HiBob
•Experience with n8n, dbt/BigQuery
•SOX or ITGC work at a pre-IPO or public company
