Задачи
•Lead the month-end close and prepare monthly management accounts
•Oversee reconciliations, financial controls, and day-to-day finance operations
•Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis
•Prepare VAT and other relevant returns, and support year-end and audit activities
•Provide clear financial insight and business partnering support to senior stakeholders
•Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and controls
Требования
•Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)
•Strong experience in management accounts, month-end reporting, and financial controls
•Hands-on, proactive, and commercially minded
•Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
•Confident analysing financial information and explaining it to non-finance colleagues
•Comfortable working independently within a small team
•Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
