We are Lassus. The dentist that does things differently because we are convinced they should be done differently. What began with one practice on Lassusstraat has grown into a group with dental practices, the TandInZicht children's clinic, oral surgery and dental technology, with more than 800 employees and revenue approaching €100 million. And we continue to grow, with new locations and acquisitions. Behind that growth is a finance department that keeps the figures for the entire group in order. We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager Reporting & AI for that department.
Responsibilities
•You independently prepare the annual accounts for each entity and the consolidated annual accounts, and oversee the audit
•You run a tight monthly closing and deliver monthly reports to management, banks, the accountant and partners
•You prepare budgets, forecasts and liquidity projections, and model scenarios for new locations and acquisitions
•You safeguard the administrative organisation and internal control (AO/IC) and ensure new practices quickly operate according to our standards
•You provide functional leadership to the finance and healthcare administration team and work closely with the Senior Financial Controller, the Financial Controller and our Data & BI Analyst
•You make smart use of AI and automation, for example in invoice processing, reconciliations and the initial commentary on monthly figures. You ensure this is done securely and can be audited
Requirements
•You have independently prepared and completed annual accounts at an accounting firm, for multiple clients and from start to finish. This is the foundation of this role and therefore a firm requirement for us
•In addition, you are curious and naturally look for ways to improve things
•You have completed a master's degree in accountancy, business economics or finance
•You have at least five years of relevant experience, a substantial part of it at an accounting firm
•Available to work 32–40 hours per week
•You know Title 9, Book 2 of the Dutch Civil Code and have experience with consolidation and intercompany transactions
•You work accurately, appreciate structure and take initiative when things get busy around closing periods
•You are curious about technology and willing to test new ways of working
Nice to have
•RA, RC or AA qualification (in progress) is a plus
•Experience in healthcare or with the funding of dental care is a welcome addition

•A salary between €6,090 and €7,910 gross per month based on 38 hours, depending on your experience and prorated according to your hours, plus 8% holiday allowance
