The client is an international online flower marketplace connecting growers in South America with businesses across the globe. It is a fast-growing scale-up with double-digit growth over the last years.
Responsibilities
•Own bookkeeping, month-end close, and reconciliations
•Deliver monthly P&L, balance sheet, and cash-flow reporting
•Run the 13-week cash-flow forecast and control payment timing
•Coordinate VAT, payroll tax, and year-end for the Dutch BV and the US LLC
•Automate repetitive work using AI and better integrations
•Build management reporting, the rolling forecast, and the budget
Requirements
•5+ Years in finance with substantial hands-on bookkeeping and financial control experience
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, accounting, or business economics
•Strong skills in reconciliations, month-end close, budgets, and cash-flow forecasting
•Practical experience improving or automating finance processes
•Professional fluency in English
•Enthusiastic AI user
Nice to Have
•Dutch
•International marketplace, e-commerce or scale-up experience
•US entities or intercompany accounting experience
•RC, ACCA or a comparable qualification
Conditions
•€75,000 to €85,000
•Visa required
•Clear path from finance operations and control into FP&A and commercial finance
