What this job involves:
Leading on-site operations
Working with a team, you'll oversee the day-to-day client activities for the assigned property or facility. You'll also implement building procedures and performance measures—and ensure that they are maintained at all times. You'll boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and creating better processes. You will ensure the safety of colleagues by promoting adherence to health and safety standards.
Winning our clients' trust
As the facilities manager, you'll be working frequently with clients, so you'll need to build strong relationships with them. You'll need to be proactive and engaging, and make sure that the clients' expectations are met each and every time. You will also be the go-to person for any facilities-related concerns.
Keeping an eye on budget and contracts
You will take care of the site's financial operations. You will also coordinate with vendors and suppliers, and make sure that they deliver quality work practices according to the contract, and at the right cost.
Promoting teamwork across the board
You will support people's growth and development through effective training and coaching sessions. You'll promote a culture that upholds the 'I am JLL' core behaviours and fosters teamwork, cooperation and performance excellence. You will ensure that the team is constantly motivated, and that trust and work ethics prevail among members.

Competent and goal-driven
Three to five years' experience of managing a property. Experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets. Goal-oriented with expertise in health and safety requirements, vendor management and property technical systems management.
Organised and analytical
Self-motivated and quick-thinking, able to solve problems using quantitative methods and holistic approaches. Well-organised, plans tasks in advance and stays ahead of deadlines.
Engaging and professional
A passion for excellence. Able to exceed clients' expectations. Able to work with different kinds of people professionally. Able to effectively manage, train and inspire the team, and listen to people to create better work impact.
