What your day-to-day will look like:

•Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP), Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP), or similar certification.
•Experience working in a regulated, critical, campus, healthcare, manufacturing, government, education, or multi-site environment.
•Familiarity with preventive-maintenance strategies, asset management, inventory control, contractor management, and basic budgeting.
•Hands-on experience with project-management tools or specialized scheduling platforms.
Core Competencies:

•Coordinating external contractors and delivering high-quality customer service through proactive stakeholder communication.
•Analyzing operational data and tracking KPIs to drive performance while ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations and compliance standards.
Work Conditions:
•Split between the office and active physical sites (mechanical rooms, rooftops, construction zones), requiring safety awareness and occasional after-hours or emergency responsiveness.
•Accountable for reducing work-order backlogs, delivering maintenance on time, and ensuring highly accurate estimates for labor, materials, and job duration.
