Executive Director (banking services)
We are looking for Executive Director (banking services) within the South Asian countries.
Обязанности
•Creating, expanding, and scaling the banking services infrastructure in South Asian countries;
•Building strategic partnerships, organising negotiations with international banks, regulators, and government agencies;
•Coordinating regulatory analysis, development, and approval of country-specific solutions with the bank's departments, including the execution of test banking operations.
Требования
•Bachelor/Master of degree (Finance is preferable);
•10 or more years of experience in the departments of international settlements at banks (experience with Asia and Africa is preferred);
•5 or more years of experience in management;
•In-depth knowledge: SWIFT, UCP600, foreign exchange regulation, KYC/AML, and correspondent banking relationships;
•Hands-on experience in launching international banking services in new jurisdictions, and high-level negotiations with regulators, government authorities, and banks;
•English language: C1/C2;
•Ability to use artificial intelligence (AI) in day-to-day work tasks.
