Responsibilities
•Manage two squads
•Support and coach individual contributors, providing regular feedback to help them grow in line with company-wide objectives
•Deliver features that impact the company's KPIs
•Work with stakeholders across the company
Requirements
•Fluent in English
•Solid experience delivering high-quality features
•At least 5 years of experience managing a technical team
•Clear and effective communication with teammates
Nice to have: French, a background or interest in boating
