About the Team
In the Leasing Office team at ING Leasing there's no room for routine! We are a team that combines its strength, abilities and enthusiasm into an inspiring collaborative atmosphere. The product we work with encourages us to think outside the box and discover new perspectives together with Clients. In our team the energy never runs out! Our main tasks include building and maintaining valuable relationships with Clients in cooperation with the Business and Corporate Client Advisor, while promoting leasing as a financing solution and providing expert knowledge.
Your Tasks
•You build long-term, partnership relationships with Clients, based on understanding their needs and creating appropriate solutions
•You prepare input and recommendations for credit capacity assessment and monitoring processes in the bank for the leasing product, ensuring the quality of the material provided
•You systematically ensure saturation of the Business and Corporate Client portfolio with the leasing product
•You take care of the profitability and quality of the entrusted portfolio
•You provide expert support to advisors in their daily business tasks related to leasing, a key product
Our Expectations
•You are able to collaborate – you will work closely with advisors in the bank, so excellent communication skills are important
•You know the leasing product and basic issues of financial analysis and credit capacity assessment processes – previous experience and successes in this area are considered a strong asset
•You have experience working with business and/or corporate clients at a leasing company
•You achieve set business goals while caring about the Client's experience
•You are bold in seeking out and building contacts
•You are characterized by independence and initiative – we value mutual inspiration within the Office and Region team
•You have higher education (preferably in economics)
•You hold a valid category B driving license
•You communicate in English at a communicative level (min. B1) and in Polish at an advanced level (min. C1)
