About Shoptet

DevRel (Developer Relations) is a product team that takes care of all our Shoptet Partners, from developers and Premium partners to marketing agencies or copywriters. Thanks to them, the platform grows faster than it could on its own.
Partners are one of our strategic pillars. That's why we want them to have the same quality background, information and tools as our internal teams. Whether they're building an integration, an add-on, or helping an e-shop owner with marketing, they should be able to do it as quickly as possible and without unnecessary obstacles. That's why we treat DevRel as a product. Its users are our partners, and we measure its success by how easily and effectively they work with the platform.
What does DevRel work on?
•Partner (developer) portal. A place where partners log in, manage their data, add-ons, and also resolve non-developer matters.
•Documentation for people and agents. We are reworking technical documentation so it's up to date, clear, and readable even for today's AI agents.
•Developer tools. We are unifying SDKs from the API team and tools for frontend developers into a single tool. We're preparing a CLI with which, with the help of agents, even non-developers will be able to make changes to an e-shop.
•Quality and security. Tools and documentation should help partners maintain quality and warn them in time about security issues or accessibility shortcomings.
•Data. We connect fragmented data about partners and developers into one place so we can make decisions based on reality.
•Community. Participation in meet-ups with partners several times a year, direct communication and feedback.

Who will you work with?
Within DevRel, you will be part of a product trio made up of a Product Manager, UX Designer, and the Team Lead of the development team. Together you do discovery, make decisions, and deliver. Behind the trio stands a dedicated development team.
You will also work closely with data analysts, engineering, marketing, support, and sales.
From an ecosystem perspective, you will work closely with the API team, the Shoptet Premium team, and the Partnership team, which handles add-ons, contracts, communication, and community. DevRel adds the technical side and ensures partners can take full advantage of everything the platform offers.
Who are we looking for?
You don't need to check off absolutely everything, but ideally:
•You have experience leading digital products, ideally SaaS or a complex platform.
•You own the roadmap from start to finish. You align stakeholders across the company on it and see it through to real delivery.
•You know how to prioritize and aren't afraid to say "no" when it makes sense.
•You set measurable goals and track whether your work has real impact.
•You make decisions based on data and user feedback, but also have your own product vision.
•You enjoy discovery — you explore, prototype, test, and validate.
•Agile environments feel natural to you, and you're comfortable acting as a bridge between business and technology.
•You understand technical topics well enough to have a full conversation with developers about API, documentation, or developer experience.
•You can explain and defend your ideas, and find a reasonable compromise when needed.
•Experience with DevRel, platform, or ecosystem products is a big plus.
