•Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, scalability, and security
•Assist in designing cost-effective solutions and services, and track and realize value at key delivery points
•Implement and maintain infrastructure as code and configuration management
•Monitor and optimize cloud resource utilization for performance and cost-effectiveness
•Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
•Automate application build, testing, and deployment processes to streamline delivery, improve developer productivity, and increase quality
•Automate patching, updates, backups, and other maintenance tasks while reducing manual work and ensuring performance and security
•Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions to improve system visibility and response times
•Monitor system performance using modern tools and provide advanced insights and analytics
•Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in cloud and application environments, and help restore normal operations
•Implement disaster recovery and backup solutions to ensure business continuity
•Support internal and external customers with technical issues
•Apply cloud security best practices, including identity, network, and data security
•Support compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
•Collaborate with development, operations, QA, and security teams to align cloud infrastructure with application needs
•Provide technical guidance and share knowledge with team members
•Improve processes and DevOps best practices across the organization
•Document solutions, processes, and tools to a high standard
•Engage in continuous improvement through the company's internal education program
