Задачи
•Lead global release management for the SDW program, ensuring high-quality, timely deliveries
•Coordinate DevOps, SRE, QA, and Operations teams to prepare and deploy releases
•Manage the release roadmap, dependencies, risks, and rollback plans
•Facilitate Go/No-Go decisions and communication with international stakeholders
•Drive continuous improvement and the evolution toward a mature DevOps model
Требования
•Experience managing global releases in large-scale Agile environments
•Strong knowledge of Release Management, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
•Experience coordinating distributed teams and managing international stakeholders
•Knowledge of testing, deployments, and release governance
•Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
•High level of English

•SRE and operational excellence knowledge
•Experience with DevOps transformations
•Experience in insurance, banking, or financial services
