This role leads product design end-to-end, from acquisition to retention, for an open-source AI research company building generative models and agent architectures. Reporting to the CEO, the director manages a senior team of four designers and is measured on conversion, retention and LTV. Requires 3+ years leading a design team of 3+, strong UX/UI and Figma skills, design systems experience, A/B testing know-how, and C1+ English.

The Role

You report to the CEO and own everything a user sees, from the ad they click to the chat they keep coming back to. You lead a senior team of four, and your work is judged by conversion, retention and LTV.

Requirements

•3+ years leading a design team of 3 or more

•Strong product design expertise: UX, UI, user flows

•Fluent in Figma; experience with design systems

•A/B testing and prioritization frameworks experience

•English at C1 or above

•Nice to have: experience with AI-generated visual tools
