About Picnic
Picnic delivers groceries to households across Europe through an app-only service. It operates its own fulfillment centers, delivery algorithms, and marketing campaigns, with a focus on fresh products, personal service, and sustainability.
Responsibilities
•Coordinate packaging switches with category managers, the design team, and suppliers
•Plan design capacity for upcoming product launches and adjust plans as priorities shift
•Check designs to ensure changes are correctly applied and comply with packaging laws and regulations
•Ensure final artwork meets visual standards and aligns with the brand
•Challenge stakeholders who miss deadlines or fail to provide complete project documentation
•Keep stakeholders informed about timings, plans, and deadlines
Requirements
•At least 2 years of experience, preferably in project management or coordination
•Connect teams and processes effectively
•Stay structured in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts and strict deadlines
•Confidently challenge people who do not meet agreements
•Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, action-oriented mindset
•Fluent English
Nice to have: fluency in Dutch
